ACV-30 Turret ECP Support

The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) is seeking sources for engineering support for the ACV-30 Turret, specifically for the development and delivery of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs). The ACV-30 is a medium caliber turret system used on the Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) platform. The MCSC is looking for vendors with experience in turret system sustainment and engineering support, including prototyping, testing, and developing ECP-driven modifications and improvements. The selected vendor will be expected to provide subject matter expertise, develop documentation, and perform finite element analysis and modeling and simulations. The effort is expected to begin in Third Quarter 2026 and end no later than Second Quarter 2028. • The vendor must have a subject matter expert level of understanding of the RT-20 turret system. • The vendor must have experience in the sustainment and engineering support of ground tactical vehicle turret systems. • The vendor must be able to develop and deliver ECPs in support of the ACV-30 Remote Turrets. • The vendor must be able to provide production quality management and manage receipts, shipment, and delivery. • The vendor must be able to provide subject matter expertise field service representatives at various locations.
