SAND 2S NATURAL-Rutherford County

The North Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking bids for an agency-specific term contract to furnish and deliver Aggregate 2S SAND Natural to the Rutherford County Maintenance location on an as-needed basis. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the option to extend. Vendors must provide pricing, product specifications, and other information as specified in the bid document. The State reserves the right to award the contract to a single vendor or multiple vendors. Key requirements include: • Providing Aggregate 2S SAND Natural that meets the specifications of the North Carolina Department of Transportation • Delivering the material to the Rutherford County Maintenance location within 20 consecutive calendar days of receipt of order • Completing ATTACHMENT A: PRICING FORM and including it in the bid response • Completing ATTACHMENT D: HUB SUPPLEMENTAL VENDOR INFORMATION and returning it with the bid response • Completing ATTACHMENT F: LOCATION OF WORKERS UTILIZED BY VENDOR and returning it with the bid response • Completing ATTACHMENT G: CERTIFICATION OF FINANCIAL CONDITION and returning it with the bid response • Providing information about the producer/supplier quarry or pit facility in ATTACHMENT H: PRODUCER/SUPPLIER QUARRY OR PIT FACILITY
