Bulk Sand, Grade A and B

The City of Richmond is seeking the lowest acceptable quote for the delivery of bulk sand (Grade A and Grade B) to three city‑owned locations for use in road de‑icing during inclement weather. The contract will be awarded to the bidder offering the lowest price that meets the specifications and delivery requirements.
