Description
The State of Oregon is seeking a vendor to provide Operations, Maintenance, Data Migration, and Enhancement Services for the existing ODHS & OHA Salesforce System. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring the continued functionality, security, and enhancement of the system, supporting both current and future business needs. The scope of work includes providing all required components of Operations, Maintenance, Data Migration, and Enhancement Services as outlined in the RFP. Key services include:
• Operations and Maintenance: ensuring the system is available and functioning correctly
• Data Migration: migrating data from existing systems to the new system
• Enhancement Services: adding new features and capabilities to the system
• Security and Compliance: ensuring the system meets all security and compliance requirements
The vendor will be required to provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach, experience, and qualifications for providing these services.
