The Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking information from qualified suppliers about a configurable, commercial‑off‑the‑shelf (COTS) or Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) system. The system must support the state’s newly established PFML program and integrate with existing Commonwealth platforms. • Employer registration, reporting, and contribution collection • Claims intake, adjudication, benefit calculation, and payment processing • Medical provider integration, appeals handling, and fraud/identity verification • Customer‑service/contact‑center support and data‑analytics/reporting capabilities • Seamless integration with existing Commonwealth systems (identity, wage data, payments, etc.)
