The State of North Carolina is seeking proposals for the lease and rental of property or building for the Department of Information Technology. The proposed lease should be for approximately 199,565 net square feet, with a 10-15 year term preferred. The proposal should include all specifications, floor plans, and repair lists received from the State of North Carolina. The proposal should also include all full-height partitions, demolition, and up-fitting costs; building and grounds maintenance; taxes; insurance; and other building operational costs. • The proposal should be submitted electronically via the North Carolina eProcurement Electronic Vendor Portal (eVP). • The proposal should be based on all specifications, floor plans, and repair lists received from the State of North Carolina. • The proposal should include all full-height partitions, demolition, and up-fitting costs; building and grounds maintenance; taxes; insurance; and other building operational costs. • The proposal should include a paved parking area with a total number of parking spaces included in the lease at no cost to the State. • The proposal should be free of hazardous asbestos and hazardous lead paint.
