BRAND NAME OR EQUAL AGILENT 4150 TAPESTATION

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a brand name or equal Agilent 4150 Tapestation for the NOAA Cooperative Oxford Laboratory in Oxford, MD. The equipment must meet certain specifications, including the ability to use ready-to-use ScreenTape, scale from 1 to at least 16 samples, and have a run time of 1-2 minutes per sample. The equipment must also be made in the United States and weigh no more than 40 pounds. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. • The equipment must be delivered to the NOAA Cooperative Oxford Laboratory within 30 days of award. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have a unique entity ID. • The contractor must provide a specification sheet for the equipment quoted. • The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order. • The offeror must assume that the government has no prior knowledge of them or their capability.
