26-048 Demolition and Replacement of Outdoor Basketball Courts

The City of Pensacola is seeking bids for the demolition and replacement of outdoor basketball courts at two locations: HK Matthews Park and Zamora Square. The contractor will be responsible for demolition, site preparation, installation, permits, and finishing of all components. The project includes the installation of a new, long-lasting concrete playing surface, upgraded basketball goals, and additional enhancements. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. • The contractor must possess all necessary licenses, registration, and certificates to engage in the business of contracting in the City of Pensacola. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. • The contractor must provide a certified check, cashier's check, or insurance company's executed bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid. • The contractor must maintain insurance coverage, including worker's compensation, commercial general liability, and umbrella liability. • The contractor must indemnify and hold harmless the City of Pensacola, its officers, and employees from any liabilities, damages, losses, and costs.
