The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is seeking to renew a sole source contract with Winifred S. Hayes for a Medical Technology Web-Based Subscription. The subscription provides access to a web-based library of health technology assessments and genetic test evaluations. The DHA uses this subscription to develop program policy and make decisions about new medical benefits for its beneficiaries. The subscription includes modules such as Evidence Analysis, Precision Medicine, and Horizon Scanning.
• The Evidence Analysis module includes health technology assessments with Hayes Ratings, Research Briefs, and Ad hoc Research Briefs.
• The Precision Medicine module offers research and analysis on genetic, genomic, and molecular testing and therapies.
• The Horizon Scanning module addresses emerging and disruptive technologies with the potential for significant clinical, operational, or financial impact.
The DHA has determined that only Winifred S. Hayes can provide the type of Medical Technology Web-Based Subscription that meets its requirements.
