Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for Insulating Washers. The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Brownstown Quality Tool & Automation, LLC, Wagler Competition Products, and Stark Precision Machine, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. This is limited competition because the program is required to source materials from previously tested and approved vendors. The contractor shall manufacture ten Insulating Washers as First Article, which shall be tested and inspected per drawings.
• The contractor shall submit a First Article test report within 14 calendar days from the date First Article testing occurs.
• The contract is a Firm Fixed Price contract.
• The delivery schedule is as follows:
- 10 Each: Delivery On Or Before 14 Oct 2026
- 22 Each: Delivery On Or Before 25 Nov 2026
- 8 Each: Delivery On Or Before 14 Oct 2026
• The contractor shall ensure that all costs related to First Article tests are borne by the contractor.
