Description
The Granville Health System is seeking qualified firms to provide professional services for a roof replacement project at the Main Hospital, located at 1010 College Street, Oxford, NC. The project involves the removal, disposal, and replacement of approximately 18,000 sq. ft. of roofing. The successful bidder will be required to demonstrate experience with similar projects and meet applicable HUB participation goals. The project will be evaluated in accordance with NC General Statutes and local government guidelines.
• The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of the existing roofing system, flashings, edge metal, coping, and other associated components.
• The project requires compliance with the 2018 NC Building Code and the 2018 NC Existing Building Code.
• The successful bidder will be required to provide a detailed schedule and timeline for the project.
• The project will be awarded based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
• A pre-bid conference will be held on June 2nd, 2026, at 2:00 pm eastern standard time, which is optional but highly encouraged for potential bidders.
