The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide Cardiovascular Thoracic and Vascular Physician Services at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing board-certified/board-eligible physicians to provide on-site services to beneficiaries. The contract will be for a period of five years, with a guaranteed minimum of 1,000 hours per year and a maximum of 50,000 hours over the contract period. The contractor will be required to provide a minimum of four key personnel, who will be credentialed and available for scheduling. The contractor will also be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and supplies. • The contractor must have experience in providing cardiology services within the past five years. • The contractor must have a minimum of three qualified key personnel. • The contractor must have the ability to meet provider capacity at the estimated quantities listed in the RFP. • The contractor must have the ability to provide additional provider capacity above the estimated quantities listed in the RFP.
