Description
The Tattnall County Board of Commissioners is requesting bids to install a new roof covering on the Tattnall County Courthouse. The project includes removal and disposal of existing roofing material, repair of wood substrate, and installation of a 40 mil white PVC heat welded single ply membrane with a ½” insulated underlayment. The bid must include pricing for all aspects of the project and must be submitted by March 25, 2026.
• The project requires a mandatory pre-bid site visit on March 16, 2026, at 10:00 am.
• Questions must be submitted in writing by March 18, 2026, at 12:00 PM local time.
• The bid must include Workers Comp & Liability verification and E-Verify number.
• The contractor must be authorized to use the federal work authorization program.
