The work includes asbestos material removal and disposal, demolition, and debris removal. Vendors must submit a quote with a price sheet, professional rate schedule, and signature page. The city reserves the right to reject any quote and to award each group to a different vendor. • The project involves the demolition of residential properties in the City of Detroit. • Vendors must be pre-qualified by the City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement. • The city will evaluate all properties listed under this RFQ individually and reserves the right to award each group to a different vendor. • The successful vendor must complete all work within 120 calendar days of a Notice to Proceed.
