Post Deployment Workday Support

The City of Palm Desert is seeking a Workday certified service partner to provide post-deployment support for Workday, including sustainment and support, release planning and support, reporting creation and support, configuration and continuous improvement of all utilized Workday systems and workstreams. The selected partner will provide ongoing proactive system evaluation, functional design and performance, regulatory compliance, and reduction of manual intervention and process maintenance.
