Description
The Town of Franklin is seeking bids from qualified HVAC firms to provide on-call and preventative maintenance HVAC and KMC Controls services at various town and school buildings. The contract term is from April 15, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with a one-year option to renew. Bidders must include a Certificate of Eligibility in HVAC from Capital Asset Management and an authorization letter from the manufacturer. The estimated cost of the project is $350,000.
• The work to be done under this contract includes on-call HVAC work in both school and town-owned properties and other incidental work as required.
• Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
• Bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on April 1, 2026, to the Franklin Municipal Building, Room 205.
