Description
The National Cemetery Administration (NCA), Veterans Affairs has a requirement for Underground Storage Tank (UST) Compliance Services at Miramar National Cemetery, San Diego, CA. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision of its employees to perform service requirements including conduct state mandated underground fuel storage tank inspections, leak monitoring certification, overfill prevention, and training. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract with a base year and four option years.
• The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and qualified personnel necessary to perform required inspections, testing, and certification services.
• The contractor shall comply with Title 23 of the California Code of Regulations, Chapter 16 Underground Storage Tank Regulations (23 CCR 16) and Miramar National Cemetery storage tank (UST) operating permits.
• The contractor shall provide testing event notifications, as well as testing results and certifications within thirty (30) days to the appropriate regulatory agency and the COR.
• The contractor shall conduct yearly employee spill prevention and UST training for Government employees.
