Tech Support and Policy Guidance for HCPF Rule Implementation & ICD for Medicaid

The Lake County Government is seeking a contractor to provide technical support and policy guidance for the implementation of the Health Care Policy and Finance Department (HCPF) rules and internal control drafting for the Medicaid program. The contractor will work closely with the Director, Deputy Director of Economic Security, and Deputy Director of Strategic Initiatives to facilitate project meetings, conduct research and reviews, and produce deliverables. The project aims to strengthen internal processes, improve Medicaid compliance, and create sustainable tools to support other small Colorado counties. The key responsibilities of the contractor include: • Facilitating project meetings and conducting research and reviews • Producing deliverables in partnership with the Lake County Department of Human Services (LCDHS) • Providing technical support and policy guidance for HCPF rule implementation and internal control drafting • Creating sustainable tools to support other small Colorado counties The project is expected to start in December 2025 and conclude in May/June 2026.
