Historical Museum Restoration & Preservation Project

The Historical Museum Restoration & Preservation Project involves the restoration of the exterior components of the Historical Museum, including the replacement of the failed roof and flashing, masonry repairs, and tuck-pointing. The project aims to make the structure fully watertight and ensure long-term protection of the building and its contents. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of the failed roof, installation of new flashing, repairs to roof sheathing and framing, and limited tuck-pointing to restore deteriorated masonry. The project requires a qualified contractor to professionally restore the critical exterior components of the Historical Museum.
