Description
The Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) is seeking a general contractor to perform stem wall structural remediation at 92nd Street Elementary School. The project involves remediating cracks and spalls of existing concrete stem walls below the auditorium of the West Building and other locations noted on the drawings. The project also includes removal and replacement of portions of the existing auditorium wood flooring to accommodate the remediation work. The contract will be awarded to the best value bidder based on a two-step evaluation process, which includes a qualification score and a price bid. The qualification score will be based on the bidder's relevant experience, demonstrated management competency, past performance, use of small business enterprises (SBE), and local worker goals. The price bid will be evaluated based on the bidder's price per quality point.
