Multi-Channel 12 GHz Microwave Synthesizer

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking a quotation for a Multi-Channel 12 GHz Microwave Synthesizer. The synthesizer should meet the requirements specified in the attached Requirements and Specifications and Detailed Specifications documents. The quotation should include a firm fixed price, technical capability, and other necessary information. The Government intends to award a Purchase Order as a result of this solicitation to the responsible offeror with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. • The synthesizer should be capable of operating at a frequency range of 12 GHz. • The synthesizer should have a minimum of 4 channels. • The synthesizer should have a phase noise of -100 dBc/Hz or better. • The synthesizer should have an output power of 10 dBm or higher. • The synthesizer should be compatible with a variety of interfaces, including USB and Ethernet. The offeror should provide evidence that their proposed system meets each minimum requirement described in the specifications document.
