The State of Alabama is issuing an indefinite‑delivery, indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) contract for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) supplies. The contract is awarded on a category‑by‑category basis to the supplier offering the highest percentage discount off publicly available market prices, provided the supplier can meet specifications and supply a variety of items in each category. The solicitation excludes items already covered under existing statewide power‑tools contracts and specific security‑equipment items. Suppliers must be able to provide a public‑facing catalog after award, support punch‑out integration (cXML/OCI) with the Ivalua Buyer system, and meet a 7‑day delivery window. An administrative fee of 1 % of total sales is assessed quarterly.
