Architecture, Interior Design, and Engineering Services

The Paris Junior College is seeking a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Architecture, Interior Design, and Engineering Services. The selected firm(s) will be expected to provide professional services across some or all of the following categories, depending on project needs and assignments: Architectural Services, Interior Design Services, Civil Engineering Services, Structural Engineering Services, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering Services. Some key points about this opportunity include: • The College anticipates entering into a master professional services agreement with one or more selected firms for an initial term of one year, with options to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. • Individual project assignments will be made through task orders issued under the master agreement. • The College makes no guarantee regarding the volume or frequency of project assignments under any resulting agreement. • The decision to select a firm will be based on demonstrated competence as required by Texas Government code §2254.004. • Each Response will be evaluated by a selection committee using the following criteria: Demonstrated experience with similar project types, Qualifications and experience of proposed project team, Experience with Texas community colleges or public higher education, Project management approach and communication, References and past client satisfaction, and Proximity and availability to serve PJC.
