This is an advance notification to inform firms of an upcoming RFP for Board Appointed Officer (BAO) Annual Organization Performance Evaluation Facilitation.
Valley Water is seeking professional services to be performed by a Consultant for Valley Water’s Board Appointed Officer (BAO) Annual Organization Performance Evaluation Facilitation (Project).
Consultant will facilitate workshops to assist Valley Water Board of Directors (Board) with the BAO Annual Organizational Performance Evaluation.
Project Objectives
A. Consultant will facilitate workshops for the Board of Directors to perform the Board Appointed
Officers (BAO) annual organizational performance evaluation for the following 3 positions: Chief
Executive Officer, District Counsel, and Clerk of the Board.
B. Consultant will develop materials to clarify and define evaluation criteria that align with current
Valley Water policies.
Upon publishing of the RFP on or before November 30, 2024, firms will be notified and can view and download the solicitation documents.
