Town of Willington RFP To Provide OPM Services for Preschool-Grade 8 School

The Town of Willington is seeking a qualified firm to provide owner's project management services for the grant application, administration, building and site design, and construction of a new consolidated Preschool-grade 8 school. The selected firm will be responsible for managing the project from conception to completion, including project planning, design, construction, and close-out. The firm will work closely with the Town of Willington, the Board of Education, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the needs of the community. The scope of work includes: • Task 1: Project Management, including project meetings, project schedule, and project status reports • Task 2: Design Reports, including design concept reports and surveying, mapping, and field investigations • Task 3: Detailed Design and Construction Documents, including detailed design engineering, design review submittals, and cost estimates • Task 4: Bidding Assistance, including pre-bid meeting minutes, responses to questions from bidders, and addenda to the bid documents • Task 5: Construction Phase Services, including project administration assistance, construction observation, and quality control testing services.
