Boiler Replacement - High School and Evergreen Elementary

The Allendale Public Schools is seeking bids for the replacement of boilers at Evergreen Elementary School and Allendale High School. The project involves the removal and replacement of existing boilers with new ones. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. The bidder must also provide a familial disclosure statement and comply with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. • The project requires the replacement of boilers at two locations: Evergreen Elementary School and Allendale High School. • The bidder must provide a bid security deposit in the form of a bid bond or certified check made payable to Allendale Public Schools for not less than 5% of the base bid sum. • The bidder must agree not to withdraw a bid proposal for a period of 30 calendar days after the date for receipt of bids. • The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals and to waive any informalities and irregularities in the bid proposals and in the bidding.
