Description
The Washington State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is seeking a qualified firm to produce hydro‑enforced digital elevation models (DEMs) and provide wetland indicator mapping services for Snohomish County. The work will involve generating DEMs that incorporate water‑related terrain features, identifying and classifying wetland areas per state and federal guidelines, and delivering final datasets and supporting documentation. Evaluation will be based on a ten‑criterion scoring system, with the highest‑scoring vendor (Shannon & Wilson) recommended for award.
