Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) Services for WRF Equalization Tank

The City of Bradenton is seeking a Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and construction phase services for the installation of a 2-3 million gallon equalization tank at the Water Reclamation Facility. The CMAR will be responsible for coordinating with the design consultant, providing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal, and performing construction management services. The project includes ancillary work such as yard piping, pump station, instrumentation and controls, electrical, and site restoration. • The CMAR must have experience with similar projects and be a Certified General Contractor (CGC) or a Certified Utility Contractor licensed by the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations. • The CMAR will be evaluated based on price, quality, and service, using evaluation criteria such as ability of professional personnel, proposer's past performance and experience, and project approach. • The project is partially funded through a FDEP Resiliency Grant with an expiration date of September 30, 2028.
