The City of Cochran is seeking engineering services to support federally assisted community and economic development projects, including a prospective FY2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project. The selected firm will provide preliminary engineering reports, design services, and construction administration. The project aims to upgrade the city's water and sewer systems. The proposal should include experience with federally assisted engineering projects, key personnel and qualifications, and a fee structure.
• The City of Cochran is soliciting qualifications and proposals from engineering and/or architectural firms.
• The project may support future federally or state-funded projects.
• The selected firm will be tasked with preliminary engineering reports, design services, and construction administration.
• The proposal should include experience with similar water and sewer infrastructure projects and at least three references.
• The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities.
