Description
The Executive Office of the President (EOP), Office of Administration (OA) is seeking a contractor to provide web hosting and development professional services. The contract will be for a total period of performance of four years, inclusive of one 12-month base period and three 12-month option periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing a fully managed web hosting service, including website performance, site optimization, security updates, and performance optimization. The contractor must have a WordPress Content Management System (CMS) partner level of Silver or higher. The government will evaluate quotations based on four factors: WordPress CMS partner level, technical/management approach, past performance, and price.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing a fully managed web hosting service
• Ensuring website performance, site optimization, security updates, and performance optimization
• Meeting critical operational plans, including tracking and controlling the work, ensuring timeliness of performance, and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Providing effective management strategies, continuous staffing, and qualified personnel
• Demonstrating an understanding of the government's requirements and the capability to successfully perform all task areas outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
