Description
The North Carolina National Guard’s Construction Facilities Management Office is seeking an architect‑engineering (A/E) firm to produce a full, biddable design package and later provide construction administration for the replacement of a 3,550 SF modular classroom at Fort Bragg. The new permanent facility will house four classrooms, ADA‑compliant restrooms, a staff breakroom, janitorial and admin spaces, and a climate‑controlled IT closet, plus exterior improvements such as a security fence, grading, gravel surfacing, rinsing stations, and a pavilion. The A/E team must conduct site investigations, develop construction documents, independent government cost estimates, and act as the government’s technical representative during construction, handling submittal reviews, RFIs, on‑site inspections, and final close‑out. Funding for design is fully allocated; construction funding is budgeted for the 2025‑2027 biennium.
