The City of Columbus is seeking a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive roof restoration and replacement work at two fire stations (Fire Station 18 and Fire Station 19). The scope includes removal of existing roofing systems, sheathing replacement, truss repairs, masonry flashing installation, installation of new shingles and a modified roof system, ship’s ladder, flashing, and siding replacement where needed, all in accordance with city specifications and drawings. Bids must be submitted electronically via BidExpress by the deadline, and a pre‑bid meeting is scheduled for interested firms. • Replace roof sheathing, repair trusses, install new roofing membranes and shingles on Fire Stations 18 & 19. • Install masonry flashing, ship’s ladder, roof flashing, and replace siding as required. • All work must follow City of Columbus Construction and Material Specifications and be coordinated through the Office of Construction Management.
