Forensic Computers

The New York State Police (NYSP) is seeking an appropriately qualified vendor to provide Forensic Computers for the New York State Police Computer Forensics Laboratory. The contract will be for a 2-year period with three 1-year renewal options. The vendor will be required to provide Forensic Laptops, Lab Forensic Computers, and Field Forensic Computers. The estimated quantities are 30 Forensic Laptops, 15 Lab Forensic Computers, and 20 Field Forensic Computers per year. The vendor must meet the mandatory requirements stated in the IFB, including providing a written policy addressing sexual harassment prevention in the workplace and providing annual sexual harassment prevention training to all employees. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The vendor must be willing to enter into a 2-year contract with three 1-year renewal options. • The contract start date is estimated to be November 1, 2025. • The vendor must provide a written policy addressing sexual harassment prevention in the workplace and provide annual sexual harassment prevention training to all employees. • The vendor must comply with the requirements of §§73 and 74 of the Public Officers Law, other state codes, rules, regulations, and executive orders establishing ethical standards for the conduct of business with New York State.
