Title Investigations and Reporting Services

The County of Los Angeles Treasurer and Tax Collector is seeking a contractor to provide Title Investigation and Reporting Services. The contractor will be responsible for providing title reports and update reports to identify all recorded documents affecting a property, including lienholders, easement holders, and persons with title of record. The contractor must have at least three years of experience providing similar services and meet the minimum mandatory requirements outlined in the RFP. The contract term is expected to be three years, with the option for two additional one-year extensions and six month-to-month extensions. • The contractor must have a business office located within California and maintain all reports and records required by the RFP. • The contractor must provide a written detailed description and/or résumé demonstrating their experience and qualifications. • The contractor must attend a mandatory virtual proposer's conference and submit a proposal that complies with all RFP requirements. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and cancel the RFP in its entirety. • The contractor must comply with the County's terms and conditions, including indemnification and insurance requirements.
