Description
The City of Salina is seeking an engineering consulting firm to evaluate, design, and support construction of three deteriorating culverts on Fairdale Road. The scope includes hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, design of replacement culverts, easement identification and acquisition, utility coordination, and construction‑phase assistance. The consultant must deliver analysis reports, design drawings, specifications, and easement documentation while adhering to a tight schedule that moves from qualification selection in late September 2026 to design completion by early April 2027.
• Provide H‑H analysis, design alternatives, and construction‑ready plans for three 28‑in × 40‑in CMP culverts.
• Coordinate downstream impacts with a new concrete box culvert and manage utility relocations and easement acquisition.
• Deliver full design package and construction‑phase support, meeting a final design deadline of April 9 2027.
