The Maryland Department of Health is requesting bids from Master Contractors for the purchase of an Erwin Software Subscription. The subscription includes Erwin Data Modeler Workgroup Edition, Erwin ER360, and Erwin Expert Assist. The contract will be for 12 months, with the option to renew. The selected Master Contractor must provide the software, installation, and training services. The evaluation criteria include conformance to specifications, lowest bid, and submission of MSRP with the response. • The contract is limited to Master Contractors awarded under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) contract. • The Master Contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. • The Master Contractor must ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free. • The State reserves the right to request a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the Manufacturer or Distributor.
