Description
The US Air Force is seeking information from potential contractors for the replacement of two boilers at Mountain Home Air Force Base. The boilers are located in buildings 2310 and 1610, and the replacement work shall be done in accordance with the statement of work (SOW). The contractor shall furnish and install two Lochinvar boilers or equal with the following required features: minimum 7” touchscreen LCD display, 97% thermal efficiency, flow switch, condensate trap neutralizer, and 10:1 turndown modulating burner. The project requires the removal of the existing boilers, installation of new units, and commissioning of the new boilers. The contractor shall also provide all operation and maintenance manuals for the equipment installed.
