Description
The Institute of International Education (IIE) seeks a qualified web‑services firm to provide full‑service maintenance and optional development for the Gilman Scholarship Program website (WordPress‑based, hosted on WP Engine). The contractor will manage domain and hosting, apply security patches, perform daily backups, update plugins and core, ensure Section 508/WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, handle analytics and SEO reporting, integrate with IIE’s Okta SSO, and design new pages or hero‑banner assets as needed. Performance period is one year with up to four one‑year option extensions, starting October 1 2026.
• Maintenance: 10 hours/month support, 3‑hour weekday and 18‑hour weekend acknowledgment SLA, daily backups, security scanning, plugin/theme updates, broken‑link reporting.
• Development/Design: New page creation, custom templates, hero‑banner slides, AI tool integration (optional), future full redesign capability (rate proposal only).
• Compliance & Security: Section 508/WCAG AA, ISO 27001 or SOC 2 Type II preferred (NIST CSF acceptable), no Huawei/ZTE equipment, Okta SSO integration.
• Evaluation: Technical approach (60 pts), past performance (15 pts), cost (25 pts).
