Description
The State of Colorado, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the JFHQ Controlled Space Remodel. The project is located at 6848 S Revere Pkwy, Centennial, CO 80112, and involves remodeling the existing controlled space to current standards to better support mission requirements. The scope of services includes changes to vestibule configuration, rerouting of existing MEP, installation of new water source heat pump, and door and wall type upgrades. The selected contractor will need to check in and check out with gate and building leadership, and the Joint Force HQ building will remain in operation during construction.
• The project has an estimated cost of $550,000.00.
• The contractor must have demonstrated specific contracting experience in projects of similar scope and complexity.
• The contractor must have a minimum of 1 person on the project team with an ICD-705 Certification.
• The contractor must provide payment and performance bonds not less than 50% of the value of the contract.
• The project is subject to the Buy Clean Colorado (BCCO) Act program requirements.
