Description
The Billings Area Indian Health Service (BAIHS) is seeking to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) or Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) sources to provide an online learning portal for healthcare facility competencies. The portal should help achieve and maintain rigorous accreditation and regulatory compliance standards, including mandatory employee education, to deliver safe, high-quality patient care. The contractor will be responsible for delivery, access, and maintenance of the online learning portal, which should include interdisciplinary clinical skills and a competency management system. The portal should also provide troubleshooting and customer service to support users.
• The online learning portal should be compatible with the Crow Service Unit's existing systems.
• The contractor should provide certificates of completion upon employee completion of the course.
• The Government will provide limited Government-Furnished Information (GFI) as needed to support onboarding of new Crow Service Unit personnel.
• The period of performance will be a 12-month base period with four 12-month option years.
