RFP #1192419 - Energy Code Information Technology, Services & Consulting

The Montgomery County Government is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide Information Technology (IT), Reporting and Analysis, Policy Consulting, and Marketing and Outreach Services. The contractor will support the Department of Public Services (DPS) in fulfilling the DOE grant objectives of reporting on project compliance with the new energy codes, and improving processes, data collection methods, policies, and guidance materials. The contractor shall furnish a project team with the personnel, expertise, and capacity necessary to successfully perform all services described in this Request for Proposals (RFP). • The total Not to Exceed budget for the entire life of the contract is $3.8 million. • The contract is for up to 8 years, covering the 2021, 2024, 2027, and 2030 code cycles. • The solicitation seeks to establish multiple contracts with six qualified contractors. • Each engagement will be executed through individual Task Orders, each containing a defined Scope of Work (SO) and individual period of performance.
