HMO Elevator Maintenance Service

The U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo is seeking a contractor to provide elevator maintenance services for three elevators. The services include preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements of parts. The contractor must provide a trained elevator mechanic to inspect and service the elevators every month. The contract has a base period of 12 months and four one-year option periods. The contractor must also provide emergency response services and callback services. • The contractor must provide all necessary materials, equipment, and tools. • The contractor must have a safety plan that addresses identified risks and hazards. • The contractor must provide a detailed report of any discrepancies found with the system. • The contractor must provide a bill of materials for any repair materials required. • The contractor must provide a price for the annual no-load test and the full load test every 5 years.
