Description
The National Park Service is seeking a contractor to provide spray foam installation services for the Many Glacier Cabins 2 & 3. The contractor shall provide a firm fixed price for the services, which shall include supervision, labor, materials, travel, and other direct costs. The contractor shall also provide a narrative describing how they will meet the requirements of the Statement of Work, including how they will meet the required delivery date, warranty information, and documentation on the product being installed. The contractor shall also provide relevant past performance via factual documentation or narrative of their experience, qualifications, and capability, along with providing two examples of their most recent projects within the past three years of similar size and scope.
