The City of Bloomington is seeking a qualified contractor to construct the structural concrete foundations for the Undulate outdoor art installation at Hopewell Commons Park. The work includes excavation, formwork, rebar installation, concrete placement, backfilling, and careful handling of existing landscaping and park features. The contractor will install ten concrete footers of varying sizes and must participate in a pre-construction site walk with City staff.
