WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM REPAIRS ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS

The City of Trenton, Department of Water and Sewer, Trenton Water Works, is seeking bids for water distribution system repairs on an as-needed basis. The contract will be awarded for a period of two years with an option to extend for one additional year. Bidders must provide unit prices for various services, including water main repairs, hydrant replacements, and service leak repairs. The bid proposal form must be completed and submitted along with any required documents and certifications. • The contract will be awarded to multiple bidders. • Bidders must comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27). • Bidders must provide proof of business registration and maintain records of subcontractors and suppliers. • The city reserves the right to reject any bid that does not comply with the requirements of the bid document. • Bidders must attend a virtual bid opening on April 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM. • Questions must be submitted in writing at least seven days prior to the bid opening. • The bid document includes various certifications and affidavits that must be completed and submitted with the bid proposal.
