The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is seeking a single vendor to supply brand‑new marsh‑terrain equipment (an amphibious “Marsh Runner” machine, or equivalent) along with a matching trailer and optional hydraulic attachments for use at its Wetlands & Marsh facility in Fairhope, AL. The equipment must meet detailed performance specifications (115 hp diesel engine, ≥ 15 ft length, ≥ 8 ft width, ≥ 37 in ground clearance, ≤ 8 000 lb dry weight, 17 500 lb winch, 1 psi ground pressure, etc.), be delivered FOB destination with freight charges included, and be covered by a minimum 12‑month warranty covering parts, labor, and freight. Bids are submitted through the AlabamaBuys portal and must include full technical literature for any alternate models. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder that satisfies all requirements.
• Provide a WILCO Marsh Runner MR200‑type machine meeting the listed engine, size, hydraulic, and performance specs.
• Supply a long‑tilt trailer (≥ 8 ft × 20 ft, GVWR ≥ 15 000 lb) and optional attachments (rotary cutter, vegetation blade, roller chopper, etc.).
• Include freight in the bid price, offer a 12‑month comprehensive warranty, and be able to respond to any agency information requests within five days.
