Description
The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Reserve Command is seeking a contractor to rent a 100-ton air-cooled chiller for B180, located in Homestead, FL. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and containers to deliver and set up the required HVAC equipment. The period of performance shall consist of a base year plus three one-month options. The contractor must submit a firm fixed-price quote using the provided CLIN schedule.
• The contractor must meet all the requirements outlined in the solicitation and attachment 1, AC Equip Rental SOW-B180.
• The contractor must provide a technical proposal detailing the technical specifications of the proposed 100-ton chiller.
• The contractor must include all required information, including SAM UEI number, CAGE code, contractor name, point of contact, and phone number.
• The contractor must submit their quote package via email to the contracting officer, Nika Salemi, by 22 June 2026, at 12:00 PM EDT.
