This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to replace the existing elevator in Building 355 at the Dam Neck Annex (Naval Air Station Oceana), Virginia Beach, VA. The work includes removal of the existing system, installation of a new elevator that meets current Navy/DoD specifications, associated electrical, mechanical, fire‑protection, and HVAC modifications, and all required testing and commissioning. The contract will be awarded on a low‑price‑only basis under an IDIQ Multiple‑Award Construction Contract (MACC) small‑business set‑aside.
• Scope includes full demolition, new equipment supply, installation, and final testing of a freight‑class elevator.
