Description
The Town of East Greenwich is seeking a qualified planning consulting firm to update its Comprehensive Plan, which was last updated in 2013. The plan will guide future development and ensure compliance with the Rhode Island Comprehensive Planning and Land Use Regulation Act. The selected consultant will provide comprehensive planning services, including project management, community engagement, data analysis, and plan development. The project involves a complete review and update of the existing comprehensive plan, including a thorough evaluation of current conditions, emerging trends, and future needs of the community.
