Description
The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell Air Force Base (AFB) intends to award a sole source contract for parking, traffic, and logistics management services for the Beyond the Horizon Air and Space Show. The contractor will be responsible for providing sufficient personnel, equipment, and materials to perform all parking, traffic, and logistics management services as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• The contractor must be capable of meeting the entire requirement.
• The contractor must provide supporting documentation to demonstrate their ability to meet the requirement.
• The Government is seeking information to determine if this acquisition is available for competition.
• Responses must be submitted by 22 Dec 2025, 12:00PM CST.
